Frequently Asked Questions
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 business days (not including weekends or holidays), unless otherwise specified.
Once your order is processed and ready to ship out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
We attempt to only accept orders for items that are currently in stock. In the unusual event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, we will immediately ship all in-stock items, and any back-ordered item will be canceled.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
If your purchase isn’t just right, we’re happy to accept your return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of unwashed, unworn, and unused items.
To be eligible for a return, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an official return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not offer exchanges.
If the merchandise is damaged, defective, or parts are missing, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to ship out a replacement of the item if available.
If you received the wrong merchandise, damaged merchandise or you did not receive an item(s) in your order, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We want to make it right as soon as possible!
